On the cool Southcoast of Western Australia

walk the trail and experience colour

Only 20 minutes from Albany is the Point Possession walking trail,

its an an abundant area for wildflowers between September & November.

Take Frenchmans Bay Road from Albany for 15km, then turn left at Quaranup Road to Whalers Cove carpark.

Begin the walk from the Point Possession sign just near the carpark at Whalers Cove.
The walk takes around 45 minutes each way (at a steady pace) a fairly flat walk for much of the way.
Flowers are to be found all the way along the trail and there is great swimming is available

at a beautiful turquoise bay on the east side of Point Possession.

(take your bathers and a towel in your backpack).

Dogs are permitted on this trail and there is a toilet in the carpark.
